Nicole Dewsbury has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1980 specializing in the sales and marketing of residential real estate in the Durham Region, York Region and the Greater Toronto Area. Nicole is comfortable and experienced in working within all of these diverse areas and strives to provide the very best service possible. Nicole is proud to be part of the Sutton Group Heritage team. With offices in Ajax, Oshawa and Markham, she can serve her clients from and give them access to either location, whichever is more convenient.

Peter Dewsbury joined Nicole as a partner in 2003. With an extensive background in the IT industry and Project Management, Peter adds technical and interpersonnal support to the team and their client base.

Personal Information

Nicole and Peter enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers. From the first time buyer to the step-up buyers and empty nesters, they serve with equal professionalism and dedication. They have great empathy for all of these clients because they have been in their shoes.
Married with two grown sons,  Nicole and Peter moved to Whitby in 1999 after living in Markham since 1974. Peter was born in Whitby. They know from both personal and professional experience what is involved in the buying and selling process. They make it their business to decrease anxiety for their clients and to increase their knowledge of the real estate process.
In their spare time they enjoy reading, walking, biking, travel, gardening and most of all time spent with family and friends. They now enjoy being with their 3 grand daughters.
